About this project

A light marble-effect bathroom with electric underfloor heating, twin basins with brushed gold taps and a walk-in shower with a full-width niche.

This bathroom was designed around warmth and symmetry. Electric underfloor heating runs beneath the tiled floor and is controlled from a wall-mounted smart thermostat, so the room is comfortable underfoot without a bulky radiator taking up wall space.

Twin round vessel basins sit on a white worktop above a timber vanity, each with its own wall-mounted brushed gold tap and a pill-shaped backlit mirror. Mounting the taps on the wall keeps the worktop clear and easy to wipe down.

The walk-in shower has a frameless glass panel, a linear floor drain and matching brushed gold thermostatic controls and handset. A full-width recessed niche runs along the back wall for storage, and light marble-effect porcelain is used on the walls and floor to keep the room bright.
